Welcome to Vani Knowledge Studio. This page outlines our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our premium monthly subscriptions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refund Policy

Because Vani is a digital downloadable software application, all payments made are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused time or partial-month subscription periods.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that your needs may change. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Please note the following regarding cancellations:

• If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• You will continue to have full access to Vani's premium features until the end of your current paid month.
• Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your active subscription, you can do either of the following:

• Go to the Account Settings within the Vani application and follow the cancellation prompts.
• Contact our support team directly from your registered email address requesting a cancellation.
