1. Local-First Data Architecture

Our applications are architected to prioritize your absolute data sovereignty. We do not collect, upload, or store your personal work on our centralized servers.

• All your notebooks, PDFs, mind maps, text snippets, and custom AI memory instructions are stored exclusively and locally on your device.
• We have no technical "backdoor" to access your local study materials or workflow data.
• Encryption is handled natively at the OS level by your machine.

2. Transient AI Processing

Depending on your chosen AI configuration within our apps, data is processed in the following ways:

• Local Engine (Ollama/GGUF): All AI processing happens completely offline on your CPU/GPU. No text or prompts ever leave your computer.
• Cloud Engine (DeepInfra/Gemini/Pollinations): Specific snippets of text are sent via encrypted channels to these providers to generate responses, translations, or grammar fixes. This communication is transient; no persistent logs of your input are maintained, and your data is never used to train public models.

3. Secure Cloud Synchronization

If supported by the application, synchronization connects directly to your personal OneDrive or Dropbox for backups.

• Authentication happens through official OAuth2 protocols.
• Your data travels directly from your PC to your cloud provider.
• Our servers never act as a middleman for your backup files.

4. Zero Behavioral Tracking

We do not monitor your application usage, record keystrokes, or track your browsing behavior. Features like external searches or translations only utilize standard, secure API calls triggered explicitly by your actions.

5. Payment & Subscription Data

For our premium subscription tiers (Base and Elite) across any of our applications, payments are processed by strictly PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your credit card or sensitive financial information on our servers.

6. Your Data Rights

Since your data is stored locally, you have the absolute right to view, modify, export, or delete your data at any time without our permission. To completely remove your data, simply delete the respective application configuration files and folders (e.g., in your Documents or AppData folders) from your local system.
