Welcome to Vidya Labs Tech. This page outlines our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our premium monthly subscriptions across our applications, including Vani Knowledge Studio and Astra. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refund Policy

Because our products (Vani & Astra) are digital downloadable software applications, all payments made are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused time or partial-month subscription periods.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that your needs may change. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Please note the following regarding cancellations:

• If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• You will continue to have full access to your application's premium features until the end of your current paid month.
• Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your active subscription, you can do either of the following:

• Go to the Account Settings/Dashboard within the Vani or Astra application and click on 'Remove License' or follow the cancellation prompts.
• Contact our support team directly from your registered email address requesting a cancellation.
